WhiskeyWhiskey.nl accepts no liability whatsoever arising from errors (including typos) in, or omissions from, this WhiskeyWhiskey.nl website. By accessing and using the Whiskey and Whiskey.nl website, the Buyer confirms acceptance of these general terms and conditions, which can be changed without prior notice.
The shipping costs are, depending on the place of residence of the Buyer, calculated in the check-out of the site and are stated separately before the Buyer settles.
All prices are in Euros and all orders are settled in Euros.
Goods must be paid in full prior to shipment. The Afterpay payment method (Dutch banks only) is an exception to this.
Stated prices for all offered products or services, as shown on the site, are subject to change without notice. Any price changes will be notified and confirmed to buyer prior to shipment to Buyer to allow buyer to cancel the order.
LEGAL POWER TO BUY:
The buyer must have reached the legal age to purchase alcohol, both in the country where the buyer confirms the order and in the destination country. The buyer must state this on the site before paying.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:
Whiskey and Whiskey.nl sends orders, ordered via the webshop, as a rule within 48 hours. An exception to this can be orders for more than 10 products at once and when orders are no longer (sufficiently) in stock.
All products offered are subject to availability. Whiskey and Whiskey.nl cannot guarantee the availability of products.
The buyer must, immediately after receipt of the goods by the buyer, carefully check all items and immediately contact the customer service of Whiskey and Whiskey.nl by e-mail if these are incorrect or incomplete.
In the event of receipt of damaged goods, the Buyer must also immediately notify Whiskey and Whiskey.nl by e-mail. Buyer will not return the goods unless instructed by Whiskey and Whiskey.nl and keep the goods until Buyer receives further instructions.
WhiskeyWhiskey.nl cannot accept any liability for delayed or non-delivery of the goods due to a wrongly delivered delivery address.
If a package is returned by one of our shipping partners to Whiskey and Whiskey as a result of an incomplete or incorrect delivery address specified by the Buyer, Whiskey and Whiskey.nl will charge the shipping costs for resending the product. If the Buyer does not want the goods to be resent, Whiskey and Whiskey.nl will refund the value of the goods to the Buyer minus the original shipping costs.
WhiskeyWhiskey.nl accepts no liability for goods that are needed for a specific date and that do not arrive at the buyer within the required time.
Inquiry about your (not yet) delivered order for the Netherlands and Belgium is possible within 5 days after expected delivery. This, in connection with the conditions as set by our shipping partners. An investigation into your order for the Netherlands, Belgium and the rest of the world can only be made within 2 weeks of the originally expected delivery date. Any recipients' declaration that you have to fill in and that you receive from our customer service must therefore be returned to our customer service within this period.
Local taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Whiskey and Whiskey.nl is not responsible for any orders that are seized or seized due to non-compliance with additional customs obligations by the Buyer.
Unwanted goods that have been delivered correctly will not be taken back by Whiskey and Whiskey.nl for safety reasons. We do offer the guarantee that a good solution will be sought together with the buyer. If sufficient information is provided and in the opinion of Whiskey and Whiskey.nl there is no question of gross negligence or intent, a replacement product will be provided.
