For an optimal web shopping experience, we do not always use a photo of the items that are in our possession. By using clear and professional photography (often from the manufacturer himself), we can make the shop as clear as possible for you.
We understand that you may need to see pictures of the whiskey you want to purchase in advance. On request, we can deliver it for the purchase. In that case, contact us and we will send you the desired photos. Provide it if you also want to have specific details photographed such as, for example, the sealing or unique data about vessel and bottle number and the like.
Your package is delivered as an insured package. If something goes wrong during the shipment, the damage up to € 500 is covered. Please contact us as soon as possible and in case of damage send photos and a description of the damage.
Due to the safety and health risks (with food), we unfortunately cannot take back the products that have been correctly delivered to you. An exception to this is if the packaging is still completely intact. It is essential that the whiskey still has a sealed seal and that the packaging around it is unscathed.
If you want to send it back, please contact us and send photos with the condition of the package. After our permission and instructions you can then send the package back. After receipt and verification by us, the entire purchase amount will be returned, minus the shipping costs.

We specialize in rare and exclusive whiskeys. By definition, that means that stocks are limited. We usually have 1 or 2 copies available per whiskey. The stock, however, is always clearly stated with the whiskey and is tracked live on the basis of the orders. So if the website states that there is still stock of the whiskey, you can still place the order. Is a whiskey sold out? No worries! We add new offers almost every week. No, Whiskey and Whiskey do not pass on the extra costs of the credit card payment to you as a customer. That way you can freely choose the payment method that suits you best.
For the online store, we recommend that you pay via credit card or paypal. Your payment will be processed faster and your order can be sent faster. These payment methods may not work for you or there is a malfunction. We then offer the regular transfer as an alternative. Keep in mind that it can take a while for your money to be in our account.
