Whiskey and Whiskey.nl delivers your order all over the world. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during the ordering process.
Additional shipping costs apply for Europe and the rest of the world respectively.
We always send all orders as parcel post, whereby the tasting is never sent separately, but is packed in a separate shipping box.
Do you place an order on Whiskey and Whiskey.nl on workdays before 5 PM? Then your order will be shipped within 48 hours in 99% of the cases. If this is not the case due to circumstances beyond our control, we can unfortunately not compensate you for that, we guarantee that the package will be delivered to the delivery person and unfortunately have no influence on the correct handling of the delivery.
Whiskey and Whiskey.nl ships within the Netherlands with via various parcel deliverers. Upon receipt, the postman asks you to sign for receipt.
If you are not at home when your order is delivered, the postman will leave a unique "not-home-code" for you. With this unique "not-home-code" it is possible to indicate a new date, new time and / or possibly a (pick-up) location for the second delivery via the website of the delivery person.
If you do not make a change, your order will be offered again at the current address on the following day (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Unfortunately, returns are not permitted due to the nature of the product (food). An exception is if the packaging and the sealing are still completely intact. Then contact us.
If you cannot be home to receive a package, we recommend that you use a collection point where you can pick up your order.
