An independently bottled Auchroisk from the cask finishing of Murray McDavid. This bottling has been finished in bourbon quarter casks sourced from Koval Distillery in Chicago, imparting tropical fruit, vanilla, caramel and sweet spice notes to Auchroisk’s signature nutty, malty spirit.
Auchroisk is a modern Speyside distillery that is a favourite amongst blenders and can be difficult to find in official bottlings, so this is an excellent chance to try something a bit less common.
